Green Brush

Quincy Medical Center's (QMC) first Green Brush Art Reception was held on Tuesday, April 28, 2009 from 6pm-9pm at the QMC McCauley Building Lobby. Green Brush was an evening of talents to benefit the QMC Asian Services Fund.

The Chinese American Fine Art Society (CAFAS) donated more than thirty pieces of Chinese artwork for a silent auction and artists will demonstrate calligraphy and brush painting while musicians play traditional Chinese instruments in the background. CAFAS artists, including Mike Mei, George Moy, Dr Catherine Tan Chan and Richard Yee, are internationally-renowned and award-winning talents.

Larry Chan is also a committee member of the event. His company, Signs and Prints donated all the signage to the event, including posters, banners, awards, directional signs and graphic design services.
